Launched in 2025, our Youth Advisory Board brings together six passionate and ambitious young people to advise and lead the business on communication, education and youth engagement.
Led entirely by the members themselves, the group will become young consultants acting as the business’ guide to better understand what matters to young people in Wales with regards to their future skills and careers.
Whilst taking on this important responsibility, the members will gain skills such as communication and organisational skills, through professional training and access to networks within the renewable energy world. The Board is a platform to enable young people from across Wales to develop a range of professional skills that will kickstart their future careers and beyond.
