The non-statutory public consultation for Garreg Fawr Energy Park has now closed, following six weeks of engagement with local communities and stakeholders across Powys.
The consultation ran from Wednesday 17 September to Wednesday 29 October, giving residents, community representatives and statutory consultees the opportunity to share feedback and local knowledge to help shape proposals for the project.

Throughout the consultation period, we welcomed feedback through a public drop-in session at the Village Hall in Llanfihangel Nant Bran, a live online webinar, and direct correspondence via phone, email, and feedback forms.

This energy park is proposed to be located approximately 9km north-west of Brecon and 15km south-west of Builth Wells in Powys.
